Job Position : Job Desk Officer

Working in Yes Rwanda. Yes Rwanda is seeking to recruit a Job Desk Officer. The Job Desk Officer is intended to address the imperfection in the labor by creating a perfect link between Rwandan youth job seekers and employers.

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the set up of the first Job Desk, establishing a budget and well thought out procedures and policies.
  • Responsible for developing a launch procedure for the Jobs desk.
  • Responsible for advertising job desk services with relevant publications.
  • Responsible for receiving CV’s from Rwandan youth and putting them through a pre-established review system.

Skills and Competencies :

  • University degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience working in a project management professional environment.
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of contemporary labor market situations in Rwanda.

These rules are intended to provide a level playing field for all recruiters and to help job seekers to identify the most suitable opportunities for them as easily as possible.

  • The title should reflect / summarize the job description. 
  • Jobs should not use excessive CAPITAL LETTERS or Punctuation!!!!

  • Only select the location in which the job is actually taking place - do not select surrounding regions.
     
  • Employers should not advertise positions that indicates or intends to discriminate.
     
  • All information contained in postings must contain sufficient detail to be clear and accurate and not misleading in any way. Postings which require the user to "email for more details" are not supported.
  •    Use only professional language in your postings.    
  • Postings found to be in violation of any of the conditions of these Rules may be removed without warning.
